Natasha Nicholson Gaviria is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Nicholson Gaviria received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 2021, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Latinx Law Review (recently renamed to Harvard Latin American Law Review) and as an Executive Online Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York, Criminal Division and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Nicholson Gaviria also served clients as a student attorney for the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016. Ms. Nicholson Gaviria is admitted to practice law in New York.
