Nicholas Esposito is an associate in the Real Estate practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions in which he represents owners, investors and lenders with respect to all aspects of their real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing and financing of assets. These assets encompass multifamily developments, retail properties, industrial properties, office buildings, hotels, mixed-used developments and a variety of other types of real estate assets across the country.
