Nick Harper is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Nick received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2020, where he served as an articles editor of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, a teaching assistant to Professor Katrina Wyman, and a research assistant to Professor Richard Revesz. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Geography with a minor in Political Science from Colgate University in 2015, where he was a captain of the track and field team, a Charles A. Dana Scholar, and a member of the Konosioni Senior Honors Society. Nick is admitted to practice law in New York.
