Nilam Faqhir is an associate in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office.

Nilam has represented leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers and lenders across a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she practiced as a corporate associate at an international firm.

Nilam received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2023. She previously earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in California.
