Noah represents public and private companies in a wide range of complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and corporate governance, across industries including media and entertainment, technology, consumer and retail, telecommunications, healthcare and hospitality, financial services and manufacturing.
