Olivia Wiebe is an Associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. She represents employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations in both single-plaintiff and class action matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and harassment matters in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Wiebe served as a judicial extern to Associate Justice Rebecca Duncan of the Oregon Supreme Court.
Ms. Wiebe received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review. While at UCLA, Ms. Wiebe also volunteered with the UCLA Law Reentry Clinic and the UCLA Critical Race Studies Race, Work, and Economic Justice Clinic. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Societies, and Justice with a minor in Classical Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington.
