Palmer Sealy is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders, and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions.
Mr. Sealy received his law degree from Hofstra University, School of Law in 2021 (cum laude), where he was a Senior Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and was awarded the Alternative Dispute Resolution Courses Award. He received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Accounting from The George Washington University in 2018. Mr. Sealy is admitted to practice law in New York.
