Peter Olsen is a partner in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s New York office. His practice includes construction and development; acquisitions and dispositions; financings and refinancings; restructurings, recapitalizations and workouts; ground leases; and complex joint venture agreements. Peter represents major financial institutions, private equity funds, developers and owners of real estate in connection with all types of real estate assets including office, hospitality and multi-family.
