Pranav Iyer is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on securities and capital markets, emerging companies and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues.

Pranav received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School is 2025, where he also earned his master’s degree in finance from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2022.
