Rachel Shepardson is a partner in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Rachel represents leading private fund sponsors on fund formation and structuring matters across a wide range of investment vehicles, including closed- and open-ended funds, evergreen structures, separately managed accounts and co-investment vehicles. Her practice spans private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure, among other asset classes.

Rachel also regularly advises clients on upper-tier and strategic transactions, including seeding arrangements, asset manager M&A, GP stake transactions and related regulatory considerations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Rachel was a partner at another international law firm.
