Overview
Rakhi Kumar is an associate in the Employment practice and is based in the firm’s Orange County office.
Rakhi represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, pay equity, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Kumar has defended employers against class and representative actions, multi-plaintiff, and single-plaintiff lawsuits across the retail, finance, technology and entertainment industries in state and federal court and arbitration proceedings. Rakhi’s practice also involves assisting employers in revising and implementing employment policies and procedures.
