
Overview
Rebecca Hilgar is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on life sciences intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Hilgar worked as an associate at an intellectual property boutique law firm. Her experience includes Hatch-Waxman litigation, pharmaceutical product life cycle management, analysis of patent infringement and validity, and FDA regulatory analyses.
Ms. Hilgar received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in intellectual property law. While at Seton Hall, Ms. Hilgar served as the Executive Editor of the Circuit Review Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from James Madison University in 2011. Ms. Hilgar is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
