Remy Snead is an associate in the Employment Law Department and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Remy represents employers in all aspects and stages of investigating, responding to and litigating employment disputes. Remy has substantial experience defending employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in a wide variety of matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and restrictive covenant and other contract disputes. Remy also represents the interests of clients in employment-related negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration. Remy also regularly assists employers with sensitive workplace investigations and provides strategic advice to help businesses navigate the complexities of federal, state and local employment laws.

She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
