Overview

Ronald Kreismann is Special Counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York Office. He focuses his practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. His clients include notable cultural institutions, employers and employer associations involved in the maritime industry, and employers in the financial services and real estate and hospitality industries. He frequently serves as chief spokesperson in client collective bargaining negotiations, as well as representing clients in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and in the defense of employment discrimination claims in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. He also advises and represents clients in a wide range of employment matters including wage and hour issues and all areas of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Mr. Kreismann is a panel arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s employment law panel and he is on the American Arbitration Association’s mediation panel.

Mr. Kreismann has been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to Best Lawyers in America (2013-2021) and to Super Lawyers (2015-2021). He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association and the Labor and Employment and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association.
