Overview
Rose Lu is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Rose has experience advising companies and financial institutions on a variety of corporate transactions, including debt and equity securities offerings (as counsel to issuer and underwriters), mergers and acquisitions, financings and other general corporate matters. Rose is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at another international law firm.
