Sarah Guinee is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes.

Ms. Guinee received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023. During law school, she was a research assistant to Professor Danielle Citron and was active in the First Amendment Clinic, where she represented clients on press freedom and free expression matters. Ms. Guinee was awarded the law school's inaugural Democracy Fellowship in recognition of her work safeguarding democratic institutions and systems of justice. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Dartmouth College.
