Shriya Bollampally is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Shriya advises public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, minority investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Shriya received her J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law, where she served as an editor of the UC Davis Law Review and UC Davis Business Law Journal, and as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. She earned her B.A. in Government, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shriya is admitted to practice law in New York.
