Sohail Khan is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

His practice is focused on a wide variety of real estate transactions including purchase and sales, leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, options to purchase or lease, construction financing, and mergers and acquisitions real estate support.

Sohail has experience with commercial real estate projects of all types, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, industrial and energy projects. He also represents lenders and investors in all areas of real estate diligence.

Sohail received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2021. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
