Susan S. Hwang is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Ms. Hwang received her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2019, where she served as President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum. She earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Science and a B.A. degree in French from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a M.S. degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hwang worked as a Research Fellow at the Office of Clinical Pharmacology in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
