Tamsin Doran is a senior associate in the corporate group of the Paul Hastings London office. She has significant experience in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions advising financial investors and corporates. Tamsin also advises clients on joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and corporate governance issues. She has a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.
