Tanner Christiansen is an associate in the Corporate Department at the firm's Chicago office. His practice focuses on private equity and M&A transactions. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Tanner received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, in 2024. While at Notre Dame, he was a teaching assistant for Contracts Law, an admissions ambassador for the law school, an articles editor for Volume 38 of the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy and the president of two student clubs. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, Beta Gamma Sigma, in 2020. Tanner is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
