Theresa Clark is an associate in the Real Estate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. Her practice areas include real estate finance as well as a wide range of real estate transactions, including single asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Clark's lending practice has involved bank and non-bank lender representation in securitized lending, syndicated loans, and balance sheet loans as well as borrower representation in financings spanning multiple asset classes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark's experience included private law firm practice, as well as federal government experience as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, where her practice included advising with respect to FHA-insured commercial mortgages and other affordable housing finance programs.
Ms. Clark attended the University of Virginia School of Law where she was a managing board member and editorial board member of the Virginia Tax Review. She completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Miami where she was a Ronald A. Hammond Scholar, National Merit Commended Scholar, and National Achievement Scholar.
