
Overview
Tim Breems is of counsel in the Paul Hastings Real Estate practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Tim represents real estate developers, financial institutions, private equity funds, public companies and other clients in connection with all aspects of complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development of commercial real estate. He has experience with commercial real estate projects of all types, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, restaurants, industrial, energy projects and data centers. He also represents lenders, investors and private equity funds in all areas of real estate diligence. Prior to joining the firm, he gained significant experience as a real estate developer and broker.
Tim received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2017. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
