Trenton Rawdan is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters for public and private companies.

Trenton has represented a variety of companies and institutional investors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and public and private capital markets transactions.

Trenton received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, University Park where he was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Economy and Philosophy from the College of Idaho. Trenton is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
