Tyler Penta is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues and public real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Tyler received his law degree (cum laude) from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he graduated a member of both Honors Society and Pro Bono Society. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in Sport Business from Syracuse University. Tyler is admitted to practice law in California.
