
Overview
Victoria Kahn is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.
Ms. Kahn's practice focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions, private equity sponsors and public and private companies in connection with a wide range of financing transactions, including cash flow and asset based credit facilities, first / second lien credit facilities, mezzanine financings, syndicated senior loans, cross-border loans, acquisition financing, distressed financings, and dividend recapitalizations. She also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Ms. Kahn received her J.D., from The George Washington University Law School, her M.Sc., merit honors, in International Relations from The London School of Economics & Political Science, and her B.A., cum laude, in the College Scholar Program and Government from Cornell University.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Kahn practiced at other leading international law firms.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
