Weldon Burrow is an associate in the Real Estate practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on real estate and real estate related corporate finance. Mr. Burrow represents major financial institutions, private equity firms and other institutional investors in connection with complex domestic and international commercial matters, including capital commitment-backed subscription credit facilities, repurchase facilities, corporate credit facilities, cross-border investment platforms, preferred equity investments, and commercial mortgage loans.
