Wenyi Hua is an associate in the Tax Department and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Hua received her law degree from Cornell Law School in 2023 (cum laude), where she served as Notes Editor of the Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Tsinghua University in 2018. Ms. Hua is admitted to practice law in New York.
