
Overview
Will Ostrander is an associate in the Paul Hastings Los Angeles office, where his practice focuses on commercial, securities, corporate governance and other complex litigation matters. Will has served as both plaintiff and defense counsel in a diverse range of practice areas, including contracts, business torts, intellectual property, securities class actions and shareholder derivative and direct disputes. Will has also represented clients conducting internal corporate investigations and responding to government inquiries from the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Will has experience at every stage of litigation, from the earliest phases of a matter to trial and on appeal. Regardless of the issue or posture, Will believes in vigorously pursuing successful litigation outcomes for every client and helping them achieve the best result for their individual goals and interests.
Will received a J.D. from UCLA in 2020 and a B.A. with high honors from UC Berkeley in 2015.
