Yassin Berrou is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Paul Hastings. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Berrou worked for a Magic Circle law firm in their Frankfurt banking and capital markets practice. He was admitted to the bar in 2017.

He specializes in leveraged finance and capital markets transactions with a focus on acquisition finance.

Mr. Berrou has a strong background in structured debt and fund-repackaging transactions, financial regulatory matters, and real estate finance. His client focus is on large financial institutions and institutional and private equity investors, acting as counsel in acquisition finance, real estate finance, and securitization transactions and corresponding regulatory and compliance issues.
