Overview
Yolanda Yu is an Associate in the Corporate Practice of Paul Hastings based in our Shanghai Office.
Her practice focuses on capital markets, including equity and debt securities offerings. Ms. Yu advises issuers and underwriters on the initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and subsequent compliance matters. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
