Zachary Small is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office where he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from assault to robberies, gun possessions and vehicular crimes. He also worked in the New York office of Nardello & Co., a recognized leader in the global investigative sector where he gained experience in civil and white collar criminal litigation support, corporate investigations, and reputational due diligence.
Mr. Small received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2019, where he served as an Executive Board Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management from Johns Hopkins University in 2011.
