Paul Hastings Advises Creality on US$176 Million Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings (Hong Kong) LLP advised Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co. Ltd. on its HK$1.38 billion (approximately US$176 million) global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (3388.HKEX). This IPO represents the world’s first consumer-grade 3D printing company going public. Paul Hastings also assisted Creality in drafting the prospectus for its global offering and listing.

Creality is a global consumer 3D printing product and service provider.
