Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited as the sole sponsor in connection with the HK$442 million global offering of Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (“Pagoda”), the largest fruit retail operator in China, and its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2411.HK).

Morgan Stanley Asia Limited acted as the overall coordinator and the sole global coordinator; Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and CMB International Capital Limited acted as the joint bookrunners; and Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, CMB International Capital Limited, Fosun Hani Securities Limited, First Shanghai Securities Limited, Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited, and Tiger Brokers (HK) Global Limited acted as the joint lead managers.
