Morgan, Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, William Blair, and Guggenheim Securities as underwriters in connection with SharkNinja, Inc.’s (“SharkNinja”) underwritten secondary public offering of ordinary shares. In connection with the offering, certain selling shareholders sold an aggregate of 7,009,444 ordinary shares (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional ordinary shares) at a price to the public of $47.00 per ordinary share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $329 million.
