Three Partners Named to ‘Enforcement Elite’
October 31, 2025
Securities Docket has named Investigations & White Collar Defense practice co-chairs Brad Bondi and Ken Herzinger and Litigation partner Renato Mariotti to its 2025 list of the “Enforcement Elite.”
The list of top securities enforcement defense counsel “honors professionals who not only have the right stuff to handle bet-the-company matters but are also the kind of defensive specialists critical to have on speed-dial should the SEC’s Division of Enforcement come calling.”
Brad, who is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. and New York offices, has been described by the media as a “high-powered litigator,” a reputation earned through his two decades of experience leading some of the most high-profile and high-stakes matters in the country. He focuses on securities-related financial investigations (before the SEC and DOJ) and complex litigation.
Ken, who is based in San Francisco, has reached many successful resolutions with the SEC for high-profile clients, including public companies, broker-dealers and investment advisers.
Renato, who is based in Chicago, focuses on complex, high-stakes litigation. He has tried and won more than 20 civil and criminal cases in federal and state court.
