The United States House of Representatives passed the Digital Market Clarity Act, the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins (GENIUS) Act and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act. The GENIUS Act, which has already passed the Senate, will become law upon President Trump’s signature.
