Financial Action Task Force Advances Key Illicit Finance Initiatives

The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced that the Financial Action Task Force, the global standard-setting body for anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and countering proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF), concluded its fifth plenary under the Mexican presidency. The plenary was held Feb. 11-13 in Mexico City.
