Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lenders in connection with the purchase by funds managed by leading international private equity investor CapVest Partners LLP of Kerridge Commercial Systems from Accel-KKR, a global technology-focused investment firm.

Kerridge Commercial System is a leading global provider of enterprise resource planning software for distribution, servicing and rental businesses to a global base of over 32,000 customers in more than 70 countries.
