Overview

Krishan Chauhan is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Chauhan advises banks, funds and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure with a particular focus on cross-border, sponsor-backed, leveraged and acquisition financings. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Chauhan trained with and qualified into the leveraged finance team of a magic circle firm in London and was also an associate in the leveraged finance team of a leading international law firm in London. Mr. Chauhan has also spent time on secondment to the London office of Ares Management Corporation where he advised on all European credit legal matters.
