Paul Hastings LLP advised 2PointZero Group in connection with human performance company WHOOP’s $575 million Series G funding round. The latest funding round brings WHOOP’s valuation to $10.1 billion.
Private Equity partner Anthony Cahill and Abu Dhabi co-chair Din Eshanov led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Sarah Gagan and Michelle Reed, of counsel Matt Snyder and associates Anna Hardcastle and Ryan Poitras.
