Paul Hastings Advises Alpha Wave Global in Acquisition of Stake by IHC’s AI-enabled Global Financial Services Platform Judan Financial

Paul Hastings LLP advised global alternative asset manager Alpha Wave Global in the acquisition of a 50.1% stake by Abu Dhabi's International Holding Company’s Judan Financial, a new AI-enabled North Star platform for global financial services with over AED 870 billion in assets under management.
