Paul Hastings Advises BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, KKR Capital Markets and UBS on €1.275 Billion Senior Financing A&E and PIK Financing for Dedalus

Paul Hastings LLP advised BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, KKR Capital Markets and UBS as joint global coordinators and physical bookrunners on a €1.275 billion term loan B amendment and extension for Dedalus Finance GmbH, a subsidiary of Italian healthcare and diagnostic software provider and private equity firm Ardian portfolio Dedalus S.p.A. Dedalus Healthcare. The team also advised the credit funds providing the PIK financing, used to refinance the company’s existing outstanding PIK, as part of the transaction.
