Paul Hastings LLP advised the lenders in connection with the financing for the acquisition by growth equity firm PSG Equity of Checkmk, a leading German IT infrastructure monitoring vendor.

The partnership with PSG, which specializes in working with software and technology-enabled services companies to drive transformational growth, marks a new phase for Checkmk.
