Paul Hastings Advises Wipro on Acquisition of Assets Forming Part of Wealthtime Business

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company, on the acquisition of certain assets forming part of the adviser-focused platform business Wealthtime.

As part of the transaction, Wealthtime signed a 10-year agreement to leverage Wipro’s global business process outsourcing (BPO) expertise and modernize and automate the operations side of the business and its AI capability, helping develop Wealthtime’s platform user experience and achieve its ambition of delivering a next generation platform.
