Chiraag Patel is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Chiraag advises clients on a range of cross-border leveraged finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure, including senior, super senior, second lien and PIK, and across both private credit and syndicated financings.
