2012 NELC Conference

National Employment Law Council will hold its next annual conference April 18 through April 20, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia.

The NELC is an organization primarily composed of minority outside and in-house attorneys throughout the United States and abroad who represent private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters. The conference is directed to attorneys and senior level human resources professionals representing management in labor and employment law.  This is an advanced program for practitioners with significant experience representing exclusively management in labor and employment law.

This annual conference focuses on topics of interest to such attorneys, as well as those of minority senior human resource professionals. With respect to attorneys, attendance at the conference is limited strictly to outside counsel who regularly spend at least 75 percent of their time representing management clients in labor and employment law matters, and to in-house counsel who devote a minimum of 25 percent of their time to labor and employment matters.
