33rd Annual Garrett Institute
Thursday, May 02, 2013 - Friday, May 03, 2013
07:00 AM GMT - 07:00 AM GMT
The Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute is the pre–eminent securities law conference in the Midwest. It is the only Midwest conference that brings together senior officials from the Securities and Exchange Commission and leading securities practitioners.
The Garrett Institute is designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of critical securities and corporate law issues, and developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations. The Institute was established in memory of Ray Garrett Jr., Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a member of the faculty of Northwestern University School of Law, and a partner in the Chicago office of Gardner Carton & Douglas LLP.
CLE credit is available for participants in most states with mandatory CLE requirements, including Illinois. Please direct specific questions regarding your CLE requirements to your state bar. Questions regarding Northwestern Law's accreditation process may be directed to Erin Baxendale, Director, Partnership Initiatives, by phone at (312) 503–8457 or by e-mail.
