Paul Hastings Partner Katherine Bell will lead "The Intersection (Collision) of Bankruptcy and the Uniform Commercial Code" program at the upcoming California State Bar Annual Meeting on September 14, 2014 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego.

Katherine Bell, along with other leading practitioners, will speak on the intersection (or collision) of the Commercial Code and bankruptcy law, and will survey such issues as perfection pitfalls, preferences, fraudulent conveyances, reclamation rights, and rights of lien creditors in bankruptcy cases.
