Paul Hastings Lawyers Speak at ICC Arbitration Conference

Members of the International Arbitration team from our São Paulo and Washington, D.C. offices participated recently in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) conference on “The Evolution of ADR,” in Quito, Ecuador. 

São Paulo-based international associate Hernan Chiriboga spoke on “Mediation as a Strategic Solution to Complex Conflicts,” exploring how mediation, digital platforms and resolution algorithms can help address today’s most challenging disputes. Washington, D.C.-based foreign associate Abril Villegas participated in the panel “Arbitration and Construction: A Perfect Match,” which addressed key trends shaping infrastructure-related arbitration. Sao Paulo associate Thomas Ayres also participated.
